Amazing hotel with excellent service and absolutely perfect location just off Grant park, shopping restaurants, museums, the River and one of the main streets and Chicago. The room was beautiful and large, plus the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Very helpful and especially helpful employees. Delicious breakfast options, the food was good.

The stay was nice ; nothing too much trouble. The hotel had a pretty lobby. I had luxurious, wonderfully decorated room with a marble bathroom. The bed was perfect and the balcony was big. Public beach nearby, that was what I loved.

Location and staff here were TERRIFIC. Lots of supplies in the room : climate control, TV and balcony. The hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a unique area. The pool was lovely and the garden - quiet.
